Exactly as pictures. I am 5’4 135-149 lbs 34B and the medium fit well. I washed and dried it and the wrinkles were minimal with no shrinkage. The material is medium thickness and very soft. It hides my belly pooch and covers most of my butt. It looks nice with jeans.
