I really like this top. It is comfortable and pretty. It's a top that can be dressy, as well as one that you wear with jeans. Speaking from my own experience, I stand at 5'2\\\\\\\" and weigh 155 lbs, and the medium size I ordered fits perfectly. It maintains its perfect fit even after going through the washer and dryer. It looks exactly as pictured.

Pretty. For some reason even when using the size chart and measurements the busy is right but it seems to go either way. This was big above the bust and long., but perfect at the actual bust. Would still recommend for a casual work shirt.

The pleats lay flat without requiring any ironing. It is a lightweight fabric that drapes nicely. This will go in my AZ winter office wardrobe rotation. In cooler climates it would probably be more suitable in Spring/Fall.
